Our client is the #1 selling sunglasses and reading glasses brand in the U.S. convenience store channel. With a growing footprint, the brand needed to deploy a large-scale fixture reset and planogram implementation across over 1,000 stores, while also maintaining high standards of compliance, cleanliness, and ordering cadence across all displays.

The Challenge

The client was launching a new generation of customer-specific display racks—dedicated to sunglasses, reading glasses, accessories, and trend-based apparel. Every location required installation of the new fixture, setup to planogram, graphics placement, and crediting of discontinued SKUs. They also needed a reliable field team to visit stores twice per month to maintain displays, clean, reset to planogram, and place reorders using InStore Group’s Insight order entry system.
