Our client is the fastest-growing national convenience store chain in the U.S., operating a growing portfolio of large-format convenience stores exceeding 3,000 sq. ft.. As part of a store transformation initiative, they engaged InStore Group to lead complex, full-store resets covering beverage coolers, merchandising fixtures, queue lines, and foodservice stations.

 
 

The Challenge

The client needed full-store resets completed across 67+ large-format convenience stores in 2024, with more underway in 2025. Each reset was to be completed within a 5-day window—4 overnight shifts and 1 day shift—while coordinating with construction and fixture installation teams. The scope covered re-merchandising and resetting center store gondolas and endcaps, queue lines, prep bars, and beverage coolers. All old labels needed removal, fixtures cleaned, new planograms set, shelves restocked, and photo documentation submitted.
